Program participants learn core training tips and build a foundation in organizational consulting. Participants also receive a comprehensive Trainers Guide containing 39 activities to use with clients that includes exercises, tools, and case studies, and a CD with original graphics and participant handouts.

　　Ginger Lapid-Bogda, Ph.D., is an organization development consultant with more than thirty years of consulting experience. Dr. Lapid-Bogda has worked with companies such as Apple Computer, Kaiser-Permanente, Whirlpool, Genentech, The Clorox Company, Hewlett Packard, TRW, Sun Microsystems, and Time Warner, as well as for service organizations, non-profits, and law firms. She is the past president of the International Enneagram Association (IEA) and a member of the Organization Development Network (ODN) and National Training Labs (NTL).

　　Through her consulting firm, Bogda & Associates (Santa Monica, California), Dr. Lapid-Bogda provides organization development (OD) consulting, executive coaching, and training services that integrate the Enneagram with the theory and practice of OD. In addition, she offers training materials, leadership and team assessments, and Train-the-Trainers programs based on the concepts of Bringing Out the Best in Yourself at Work: How to Use the Enneagram System for Success (McGraw-Hill 2004), which has been translated into six languages.

　　Dr. Lapid-Bogda teaches at colleges and universities, and her writing has appeared in numerous publications. She has been the recipient of speaking awards from the American Management Association and of writing awards from the National Business Employment Weekly.

　　She is also the author of What Type of Leader Are You? Using the Enneagram System to Identify and Grow Your Leadership Strengths and Achieve Maximum Success (McGraw-Hill 2007). In addition, Dr. Lapid-Bogda has two new publications: Illuminating Team Dynamics: Insights from the Enneagram System of Personality (NTL Institute, 2006) and the recent article “Developing Communities of Leaders through the Enneagram” (OD Practitioner, Fall 2006, Volume 38, #4), soon to be published in Spanish as a book chapter in Cultures of Participation at Work in Cuba and the U.S. through the Christopher Reynolds Foundation.
